YuJisho is a free web dictionary using various dictionaries and other data on CJK (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) characters (Hanzi, Kanji, Hanja).

Jisho is Japanese for dictionary (辞書, 字書), and Yu (ユ) is the first syllable of the word "Unicode", the coding system which tries to standardize and encode all known (CJK) characters.

Some characters may not be displayed by your operating system or by your browser, and may require you to install special fonts.

The button tries to download the images of such characters from GlyphWiki.

All data are provided "AS IS" by the editors of the respective dictionaries, and made available without ANY warranty as to their accuracy. See the license information for each of the dictionaries.

The button looks up selected Wikipedias for the search string and links to their respective entries, if found:
